Site getting hacked?
I have gotten a 500 internal server error two times in the past week (without changing anything to my site).
Each time it was caused by broken permalink being added to the .htaccess file.
Could this have been caused by hackers breaking into my site and trying to disable it?
Or could a plugin somehow have caused this, randomly?
