The classified section has people that are sell forex solos. If you want to take it a step further, you could find people with blogs in the forex niche and build a relationship with them so that they can trust you. once trust is gained, then you can aproach them about mailing their list on your behalf. its like a solo ad but higher quality because the list will be fresh.
