Traffic source for weight loss niche list building?

Hey guys

Recently i start to do list building for weight loss niche
and here is my squeeze page

now here is the problem

i have no idea where to find a good traffic source for this niche

i wanna do media buying rather than free traffic

any advice?

    You could try doing some banner advertising through sites like buysellads . You might also want to check out some forums or other websites related to that niche and contact the webmaster for banner advertising. You will need to tweak and test different banner and squeeze page to get high conversion.

    You could advertise on some health and weight loss blogs? I've always done quite well on twitter with the weight loss niche.

        YouTube videos are a great way to drive traffic in the weight loss niche (or just about any other niche for that matter). Just make sure you target some keywords that are not hyper-competitive (like "weight loss") and deliver some good value in your video with a call to action for more information that leads to your site/affiliate product/etc. and you will get traffic ... assuming you set up the video properly, but that's another topic altogether.

    This is probably one of the worst squeeze page I've ever seen who is going to opt in to a squeeze page that has as its main title How To Drop Ten Ponds In less Than Two Weeks.

    followed by 'leave your email to get free reports on how to lose weight health and safe

    If your not a native English speaker then get someone to proof read the squeeze page for you, I was tempted to download the free report to see if it matched the squeeze page.

    Sorry but it had to be said, you will lose money if you use this squeeze page anywhere

    there are lots of ways to have good quality traffic but the only thing is if your product converts... if it converts you can do a small solo ad to collect the data and if you have optins and at least 2 sales in 100 people the scale it up with ppc and banner ads another good source of traffic is direct cpv small budget to start and deliver results!

    hello nick,

    Just wanted to add a few things to help you.

    -The squeeze page copy should target the needs of one specific market (as a hint people looking for 'weight loss' are not looking for 'bodybuilding'. these are two different subsets of the same market)
    -I would echo the previous suggestion of buying ads on related blogs on buysellads, or by just contacting the blog owner. Another place that i would recommend would be crankymart.com.

    keep testing, and tweaking your squeeze page.

    Well, there are tons of ways to get traffic to your site. But once they get there, hopefully they will convert for you. You could benefit from better and MORE bullet points, a better headline, and a better call to action.

    You should consider PPC, blog advertising, SEO, youtube, and social media for traffic.

    I'd use clickcertain because it allows you to target 10,000+ demographic and niche interest data points, cookie your traffic and track/analyze their web browsing habits/interaction with your sites. Build an exacting profile of whom your customers are and target people who match them in demographics and browsing history as close as you can. This drives down your cost per sale.

    In the weightlossniche I`ve had great success with forums.
    I know you wouldn`t have free traffick tips but in this niche forums are great.

    what I do is google search all the best keywords in that niche, approach all the top sites, and buy banner ads on them.

    Ask if they'll do a list mailing or try to work out some sort of mutually beneficial relationship

    The same as if it were for any other niche...wherever your target audience is.

    That's all there is to getting traffic, working out who your target audience is and where they hang out then getting your content / adverts in front of them, whether that be on forums (posting with signatures enabled), blogs (commenting), social media, email lists (solo ads), content marketing (article syndication and guest posting) and so on.

    The first thing I would do is write as many high quality articles as possible targeting your niche and submit them to article directories. You will get a resource box which you will be able to put a link to your squeeze page.

    I use this method and see traffic from it within a few days.

    Do you have a blog? Setting up and maintaining regular blog posts will help direct the targeted traffic you want to your site and you can post as often as you like. Search engines love blogs because of the frequently updated content and writing about your niche will help your customers see you as an expert in your field.

      With 5 years being in the weight loss niche, the one thing that I've found to bring success is to avoid doing everything everyone else has done. This includes everything from the content of your articles, reports, ebooks, and tips, to site design, products you make or promote as an affiliate, etc. In other words, you got to stand out. This may be the case for just about every niche there is, but it is most certainly the case in the incredibly competitive weight loss niche.

      As far as traffic is concerned, the best source of traffic I have personally found with this niche is through article marketing. Articles allow you to initialize some sort of trust... and in this niche, trust goes a long way.

      Also, as others have noted, I would recommend changing your squeeze page (particularly the wording), and I would follow the tip I mentioned above about "standing out" given that the free ebook you're giving away sounds similar to a very high percentage of ebooks and reports already out there.

      For example, a report titled "7 Weird Fat Loss Secrets I Discovered While On Vacation" would grab a whole lot more attention.

    Make small video and place it to Youtube. It is very easy to rank video to a front page of Google if you do everything right. Also if you get some budget try Facebook ads. There are some options to choose audience like age, gender, country etc. So you get targeted traffic.

      I agree with you. These days every blogger is starting their blogging journey with topics like blogging and marketing etc, but the secret is something different.

      I also have a blog related to healthy lifestyle and I'm having good income from that blog.
      There are many other popular niche other than weight loss.
