Fiverr - 5 000 Visitors in a Few Weeks

Hey,

I saw in Fiverr several sellers that will direct 5k visitors in a few weeks to your website.

1.I am wondering how are they doing this?
2.If it's a good way to get more traffic to your website?

Thanks,
- JBarros

    Hi there,

Ask the seller the questions as many of them do send bot traffic and have no conversion. Therefore, it might be worth asking the seller.

Another point to look at is are they targeted solo ads or not, cheap source of traffic most of the times are you know what I mean.

Now, depending on your niche you may want to try a good solo ads provider who might give you less traffic but quality traffic and they are a bit expensive.

Hope this helps. I am a level 2 seller at fiverr but still my honest opinion.

    Hope this might help you.

    Kind regards,
    Swrajit

I have tested many of those gigs.

Bot traffic is common. Sellers selling bot traffic generally try to lie and say it is real traffic.

Some do send real traffic, but that is very rare.

Even if they are selling real traffic, it is generally very "untargeted", and therefore, it will not convert so well, if at all.

Your better bet with fiverr gigs is finding people to sell you advertising on a targeted website. Some of those deals have worked to the positive of my bottom line.

Yea I would stay away from the fiverr traffic gigs, but fiverr is great for outsourcing other areas of your business....

Thanks people. I was wondering because most of them say it's real people not bots.

p.s. Here is a collection that someone put together to "out" the people selling bot traffic:
Traffic cheaters collection on Fiverr by helenmei

    These are gigs to avoid.

Most of the folks offering "unique IP traffic" are selling human visitors, rather than bot traffic.

They are definitely bots. I am running one at the moment which was 'unlimited traffic to your website for a month for $5'. I done it as a test and yeah, they are fake. Unless 200 people a day spend only 1second on my website.

EDIT: You pay for what you get. Remember that.

All bots, always! Not worth it. A few of them will send human traffic, but with a very important caveat: 99% from China (and they don't tell you that in the gig description) and Chinese traffic is almost completely worthless (no opt-ins, no sales, nothing).

i would stay away from traffic gigs on fiverr, in most cases it actually do more harm than good... got an adsense account banned because of traffic ordered from fiverr before. ...with this said some are actually real traffic however i would not take the chance again, i rather take that 5 and use with google awords.

    Thanks people.

I think if a guy knew how to do 5k high quality traffic to a website in a few weeks. I doubt he would be selling it for 5 dollars or even talking about it.

I would prefer 50 targeted visitor rather than 5K. I have used this kinda service before the seller told me, they won't Guarantee any conversion.

If the 5,000 visitors were real and good, and actually made money... why would someone sell this traffic to somebody else for $5, instead of building their own site and driving all of that traffic to their site? Yeah... it's junk traffic.

Some people have nothing to sell but traffic.

And some people don't know how to monetize their traffic.

Bought a gig like that a few months ago.

Loaded analytics on the site to track the visitors and here is the interesting part.

Visitors can through just like promised .. BUT ... 98% was returning visitors.

Not saying they are all like that, but I wont do that again. Worth trying out for $5 though

        Cheers

You always get what you pay for.

More than likely it's bot traffic and won't result in a sale much less even boost your SEO.

You got to treat what we do as a business and observe the Rule of 4: For every dollar I spend on advertising--I should receive 4$ back in revenue.

I'd say it's probably non-human or worthless traffic. Little point other than raising your Alexa.

You can buy around 5,000 visitors from Adfly for 5$ as well. Don't think the traffic is targeted but you might get lucky.

It`s only five bucks so I won`t call it a total rip off lol

    It`s probably bots.
Regardless if is bots or not,I don`t think the traffic you get is very targeted.

    I would stay away.

He wasn't talking about SEO services on Fiverr. Either way, a little due diligence is in order.

Fiverr is great for buying backlinks. Don't buy from bulk traffic providers, buy from those who are selling solo ads there. there are a few vendors who do solo ads on fiverr

In my experience, just about every single "traffic to your website" service I have purchased turned out to be a complete waste of time. I've purchased some test gigs on fiverr, to spending up to $75 from "reputable" sources. Unless the traffic is very "niche" related, people visit the site.. and immediately leave. This can completely kill your CPA.
