CPA Offer Question
So I've been interested in marketing mobile CPA offers via Instagram and Tumblr which a lot of others apparently are having success with, but I have what I assume is a very noob-type question... lol
It's about incentive vs non-incentive offers.
Let's say I have a non-incentive offer which is for $1.30 and it's an app download. If I link to a Tumblr article (not particular reason for Tumblr, it's just an easy place to link to for my method) and I write a review of the app with a link to the CPA offer to download it at the end. Is this considered incentive?
It seems like an obvious yes, but some people are saying that incentive only refers to a reward for filling out the offer like those points for gift card app things.
