Aweber web form dilemma...

I have set up a web form on my website using the javascript aweber provide.

Is it better to use the html?

Also should I do in line or is a pop up better?

I am not having as many people subscribe to my newsletter as I would like.

Or, do I need to offer a free report to get them to give me their name and email address?

thanks...

Yes, it would be better if you offered something of value to your prospects to help them opt-in.

    - Free report
    - E-course
    - Anything of value to your prospects

    - I believe that with aweber, if you do not use java, you will not be able to get stats on your opt-in rates etc.

    - I think that most people will agree that if you want to build your lists, the page should be only focused on getting that opt-in and that would be an inline form.

    Hope This Helps!!!

    Hi

I suggest using the HTML for your form because some people have the java function on their browser disabled and they can't see your form. I have just recently switched from the java option to HTML after viewing one of my pages on a friend's computer and finding the form missing!

Also, offer something of value to attract your potential subscriber. You'll increase your subscriber rate dramatically.

    Enjoy your day!

    Thanks for the suggestions guys...

So is it worth changing my web form to pop up or just leave it as in line ?

Also lets say you have 50 unique visitors a day, how many would you expect to subscribe to a free weekly newsletter?

The other thing with using the Aweber javascript form is if they go down, you lose the form. I used to use it, but use the HTML now.

    Thanks,

    John
