Google sales Cars?

I found this Google page https://www.google.com/cars/ and I was amazed to see it. But the bottom line is can we be affiliates for those cars?

    But wy is G on everything? mobile, TV, Google car, Operating system, ...
    talk about monopoly - this is it. But Google is surely generous b/c many of its
    services are free like keyword tool and analytics ...

    I don't think that you can be an affiliate of those cars promote but I am sure that Google is the affiliate of those cars.
