INTERNET MARKETING

I am thinking of using a pen name for a site so I can enter different niches, for privacy and for branding. I am thinking I would be more comfortable keeping or shortening my first name and having a random surname but am unsure on what name to use.

I don't use a pen name, but plenty do and there is nothing wrong with it.

Ultimately though, it is only you who can decide.

  I used used pen name for numerous website of mine and of course you have the advantage but once you are in the field and people know who you are, then it might work as a double bonus.

You can use a pen name, that will give you more confidence and your writing will be powerful, as your pen name should be a shield between you and the rest of the world, so chose it wisely because it`s the first impression that will impress your audience.

I used to use pen names. Now i use my real name. I figured i wanted to build a real, long-term/forever business, so i might as well stake my claim to fame online by branding my real name everywhere lol.
