Can I mix Google custom search engine results with my own?

Hi,

I want to mix the results for a Google custom search engine query on my website so the Google results are at the top and my results are in another box under the Google one which will be above.

Is this 'legal'??

Thanks for any help in advance.

The better question to ask is if it is allowed under Adsense' TOS. Since this can only be done via software and given the TOS' firm stand re automated displays, I would lean towards NO.

Thanks although I was hoping for an actual quote from say the TOD, if possible. TO be sure.

I know one is not allowed to change the Google results but code seems to be in the footer, for example. Since the footer itself is code. Could that code be traditional search results generated by my site and not Google? That's the direction I am thinking of.
