Hi warriors,

I have just one question for you:

Give them a freebie like a pdf of how to... then have links to your sales page in the pdf.

Warming up traffic is basically pre-selling them. So get them interested in the product or service and maybe give them a good review of the product or service and then send them to the actual sales page.

I tend to just send out great tips with absolutely no sales info in the email. Catchy title, good quick tips = happy email list people. I then tend to drop a hint that something awesome is coming.

Get them on your list first so that you can market to them over and over. It takes, on average, 7 views of the same offer for somebody to actually buy, so warming them up isn't going to cut it all the time. If they subscribe to your list, you can promote to them for months, if not years, giving you more chances to sell more products for, yes you guessed it, more profits.

If your product or service is good enough and worth it then they don't need "warming up". Get it right and you don't need a flamethrower to encourage them to buy.

    do the soft sell

    BUILD LIST

    USE VIDEOS

GET THEM THINKING AND CRAVING "Heck I want more!"

This is more an art than a science, but when you work out what works, in 2013 soft selling is the better way, the hard sell no longer works. Infact the hard sell never really worked unless you really know what you are doing!

You can presell to them, by offering then some taster content.

Send your traffic to content rich sites and let them opt in after soaking up your content and enjoying it rather than sending cold traffic to squeeze or sales pages.

It can either be sending all your cold traffic to your blog, into a content funnel (i.e. 3-6 pages of good content before they end up the squeeze page) or straight to a squeeze page but then follow up with 2 weeks of awesome content and NO pitching to warm them up.

Online traffic is really important especially when you are new in the business. This will encourage people to trust you since you already have a wide market. Anyways, for me, you could try sending out personal messages to your friends and ask them if they could send out the same message to their friends.

My idea would be to use a 3-4 minute Fiverr video for the product. You can hire people really cheap to do very nice video work. You can even hire professional voice overs. If you have multiple products you want to send them to, make that apart of your fiverr video
