Most bloggers are always looking for ways to extend their reach. If you need guest posters I recommend you look for bloggers whose content you really like and contact them asking if they want to guest post for you.

There are a number of sites you can find guest posters from with just a Google search. In addition, advertise that you accept guest posts, along with your guidelines on your contact page.

Find a blogger that blogs in your niche and then ask the blogger to write for your site and in return agree to give dofollow links to his site.

Well, if you've got such an awesome Alexa rank, I think setting up a professional "Write for us" page should do the trick entirely, as guest bloggers are usually constantly searching for blogs to post to.

You can post about your blog seeking Guest Blog in My Blog Guest forum or you can simply add a page in your blog mentioning people can write guest blog for your site.

I have seen some people in the writing section of gigs on craigslist write that they are looking for guest bloggers and specify that is in exchange for a link to their site and not paid. My friend told me she received some good writers for her site but that also many responses where people thought it was a paid part-time job and included their resumes.

If you are in the marketing/blogging niche, you can use the site Bloggerscope to find guest posting opportunities. These are all pretty influential blogs and you can browse through each site's posts and look at the authors. If you see a wide variety of different author names, that usually indicates that they allow guest posts.

I encourage working smart, vs working hard - I recommend you find some grunt worker to compile a list of potential blogs you like in your niche, then send this list to you.

After you reviewed the list of blogs, and selected the ones you want to invite to guest post on yours - have your grunt worker sift out their contact details, and then contact them on your behalf.

I suggest contacting people in your niche (do a google search for top blogs in your niche)

Or post something in the Classified ad section of this forum. Lots of talented bloggers here

Sometimes key words work for you. I have a Google Alert that emails me when the term "guest blogging" is used on a site. Since you used it in your question, it came up on mine. You should have already had people looking for guest blogging opportunities that understand how it works contact you...if they're looking for PR2s
