Tube Probe Software Not showing Keywods, tages

I have been using Tube Probe software a product by Chad Nicely.
It has been working for months without any problems, but lately the software dosen't show any keywords or tags from youtube.
Anyone else having the same error? and is there a way fix this problem.
P.S. I have tried to create a support ticket and sent a email, vut no feedback unfortunately. Do anyone have a working email address for support?
