      Although I don't do product "review sites" per se, my all-time favorite (and most lucrative) niches have consistently been within theses arenas; economics, health, medical, pharmaceuticals, diet and fitness, recipes, financial, real estate, technology, biotechnology, genetics, energy, art, fashion, jewelry, literature, architecture, engineering, history, ancient civilization, hobbies, biography, sociology, education, religion, philosophy, politics, criminology, security, sports, travel, aircraft, space exploration, agriculture, chemistry, physics, astronomy, cosmology, psychology, zoology, ecology, biology, archaeology, geology, oceanography, climatology, meteorology, mythology, occult, astrology, conspiracies, "2012" and other end of the world prophecies, UFOs, etc. Hope that helps.

    I'd like to get into the IM niche mostly because of it's offline potential. You can post banners anywhere you go in person, which basically says something the reader wants to hear: "Want to make $100/day doing 15 minutes of work from home?" with a link to your squeeze page.

    Most people don't know what IM is. They know its possible to make money online, but they don't know how. If you come off as a know-it-all willing to share the information you've learned, they would see it as a steal.
