buyin, selling, leasing squidoo lenses?

Hi guys, does anyone have any experience in buying, selling or leasing squidoo lenses?

I found a lens for a product I'd like to sell on Ebay. It's a great lens, pr4.

This particular product doesn't have a huge search engine volume per month, but pretty decent, main long tail keyword comes in at just over 300 searches, exact.

What do you guys think this could be worth, I know that you can still transfer lenses, so it's ok to pay for this transfer.

Considering the past and posdible future changes to squidoo, I'd stay away from squidoo if I were you.

Haven't been keeping up with the goings on over at squidoo, can you eloborate?

Maybe a lease option would be best then, rent a few links on the page.

How much time do you have? In a nutshell:
        • The lens transfer function has been put on hold with no idea if it will ever be opened again
        • All outbound links are automatically nofollow
        • New Squidoo filters caused lensmasters to rework loads of lenses
        • New Squidoo filters are automatically locking lenses without notice
        • New lenses are being hand reviewed by Squidoo
It's a bit of "the sky is falling" at the moment - although merited considering the rate at which changes are being made.

However, I think you can arrange with lensmasters to put a link to your product on their lens. You'd use the contact form to make the request, see if they're responsive, and negotiate a deal. Read the TOS to be sure but as I read it, that seems to be an option still.
