HELP in creating facebook application tab.

Dear Warriors,

I want to create a facebook inframe application tab to connect my squeeze page with my fanpage, but I don't know what to fill in secure canvas url and secure page tab url. When I fill these 2 boxes with my website's name starting with https:// then When I click on the tab inside my facebook fanpage I get this error:

"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length."
(ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Help me please
