I joined 3 months ago, never logged in, till recently.
No idea what my "nickname" is.
Emailed them, asking for it, and included my sales page, to check I have right payment buttons.
They ignored both questions...waited 3 Days for the reply. They gave me a link to: how to pick a nickname.
How do I find or change my nickname/log in?
I need to start selling my ebook, urgently today.
Where is their "order form"?

    From their lost password page:
    https://accounts.clickbank.com/lostPassword.htm

"Enter your account nickname, and the email address we have on file for that account.

NOTE: If you can't remember your account nickname, you will need to open a new account. No Exceptions."

If you forgot your username, then you can not do anything about this and they will probably not help you out with this.

    One the page:
    https://accounts.clickbank.com/lostPassword.htm

    It clearly says:
NOTE: If you can't remember your account nickname, you will need to open a new account. No Exceptions.

So you will need to open a new account. It is very easy and only takes less then 3 minutes.

If you already have a sales page it's probably on it somewhere. Drop it in here and someone will help you find it.

In the future keep a list of all of your logins and passwords. Some applications require you to change the password every 60 days or so - so that's why I keep an updated list.
