How to add a new domain to iPage?

I was trying for several days and was not able to addon domain on my iPage cpanel. I chenged nameservers and I am usually able to follow instructions. No efficient help from support and no tutorial (for iPage cpanel)on the web at all. Any suggestion? I am scared that if change host I would experience the same problem. Is there on forum someone who has his sites hosted by iPage and is willing to help me with simple directions? Thanks,

    I no longer use iPage, but as far as I remember, try this:

    1. Highlight "Domains" from the top portion of your screen, then click "Domain Central."

    2. Click the "Add Existing Domain" option from the Add Domain Name section. Enter the existing domain in question and press "Enter." This will add it to the "My Domains" list on that same screen. You should immediately see a message telling you to change your nameservers from the domain's original host (whatever it may be.)

    3. Assuming you want to use the URL as a standalone domain (mydomain.com) go to the "Pointers" section (from the same Domain Central screen) and select to use the domain as a "Subdirectory." Finally, give this subdirectory a name (for example, the name of your URL.)

    You should be all set as far as I know.

      Thanks Elvis, searched all over for this. Not a very good interface but they are doing $1 a month hosting so I jumped on it.

      Took me ages to get this working!
