Seems like you are putting the cart before the horse.
Creating an ebook just for the sake of it or because you heard creating your own product is the way to go without sharing any useful information is a recipe for disaster.
What topic are you an expert in, knowledgeable about?
That's where you should start...

If your solution is great, interesting, coming from an intelligent person, post it for free, make people come back to your site for more, you'll find the ways to monetize everything when the time comes.
If you just want to "write an ebook" and have no idea what it's about, that sums it up.
