Youtube Click Through?

Take a look at this site: Pam's House Blend:: Pam's sanity break, part 2: classic movie dance sequences

On the right-hand side is an embedded Youtube video. I clicked on it and when I arrived on Youtube the url of the Pam's House Blend was part of the link in the address bar.

The part that interested me was "eurl", see the highlighted below:

What I am wondering is Pam's House Blend making money from people clicking through to Youtube? Perhaps after somebody clicks on the adsense the videos are now displaying?

I have searched all over Google but I can't find any good information on this. Does anyone know?

      Bump...does anyone know? If they do, and you can make money for referring people to Youtube, it could be quite the money maker.
