How many warriors here have ever had success with manual traffic exchanges?

I'm currently on one of the best ranked manual TE's, and it has provided me with a large base of return readers.

    Those are subscribers to my list in about a month with rather poor squeeze pages. They don't seem to buy anything though, but I have a feeling I'm just bad at selling stuff, building lists always seemed easier to me.

    I had some success with one or two sites but most of it is poor quality traffic, imho.
