has anyone tried a search engine evaluator job

I've been looking for something I can do on the side in order to earn a little supplemental income. I came across this search engine evaluator position that it seems several companies offer. It's a part time, which is perfect for me, but it seems legitimate, has anyone tried this? I tried Lion bridge, but was not successful only because They require you to have a PC and I have a Mac. They also require you to have Windows Live, which I tried borrowing a computer, but its so complicated to get set up the way they need it that I gave up in order to look for a new company. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I looked into it once and my brother actually applied.

The process of getting accepted his like the friggin CIA I heard.

Its a crappy pay rate though, I wouldnt do it but it may suite some people and would look good on a resume I believe.

Well If you apply for Workforce, you will be given a set of test tasks after you're hired. Really, these are quite simple. I spent about 2 hours going through all of the guidelines.. and you must have literature on how to study for these jobs.

      Hi tradtke,

I am not sure of your skillset in online marketing, but even if you are just starting out there may be some basic services you can offer (writing, some tech work perhaps?) to other marketers that will yield you quite a bit more money than a search engine evaluator job. Have a look at the Warriors For Hire section for some ideas...

      Regards,

      - Dave
