NEED YOUR INPUT - I use infusionsoft as my email auto-responder

I am currently using infusionsoft as my email auto responder and shopping cart. I notice that my open rate on the emails that I send out is about 2%. Infusionsoft is not cheap, and I was wondering what email auto-responder do you use and why?

1) Does anyone use aweber or icontact and what shopping cart do you use?
2) Are you having similar issues with mail deliver-ability on your system?

    I used Infusionsoft for over a year back in 2009-2010
    but moved onto other systems.

    Why?

    Their shopping cart at that time sucked big time.

    I then moved back to AWeber and also use a self-hosted
    autoresponder system.

    For a shopping cart, I use Rapid Action Profits as it has
    some cool features, including an in-built affiliate program.

    However, Rapid Action Profits mainly processes payments
    via PayPal which may - or may not - be suitable for your
    target market.
