Is anyone having trouble getting to JVZoo's dashboard?

Or is it just me?

I've just signed up there, but when I click the button to go to the seller's dashboard, I just get the account overview.

I've tried it from several different pages within their website.

Or am I totally doing this wrong? I want to post a product, but there isn't a link to do that on the overview page.

I did put in a support ticket, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I just logged in and checked it out- works fine for me.

Maybe because you don't have a product yet? Can you see the big "Add a Product" button on the top right?

My dashboard is working just fine.

You need to login and go to:

https://www.jvzoo.com/sellers

Then click on the big button in the top right that says 'Add a Product'.

Hello,

The "Add A Product Button" will only appear when you set up your paypal account.

Go to My Account then to Payment Profiles and set up your Paypal Account. This is the way which JVZoo uses to know where to send your payment.

Are you an affiliate or product owner? If you do not have a product then the seller's dashboard will not work.

If you do have a product then you might have to do some additional things such as registering your product or service on the dashboard and confirming some details about yourself.

The support system at Jvzoo is really slow, it took me 5 days to get a reply from them.
Also try looking at the troubleshooting section and doing a search.
