I have about $1000 invested in this niche dating site build but it is a nothing but a distraction to me, so am giving it away to a good, experienced marketer that thinks they can make a "go" of it.
The catch? I retain option to buy 1% of company for $1, IF you ever do make something significant out of it. Simple enough.
Software & databases must be moved off of my server within 72 hours. I will transfer domain name to you in usual fashion via GoDaddy. Site uses php & mySQL. I will provide no assistance with move or re-install. If you need a programmer to help with move, I suggest posting a project on Zcoders.com
