Wordpress them for single property (sell a single house)

Any suggestions on a wordpress theme that will focus on one real estate property and not a search directory for real estate?

I've searched pretty in depth through the forum. I recall a few months back someone offering this kind of "theme" in a daily WSO but unable to track it down.

Any help would be appreciative!

    I use Thesis theme, check themeforest, you will find the perfect them there

      Your theme isn't going to make the difference in whether your property sells or not. Pick a very simple, clean, even spartan theme and fill it with tantalizing photos, descriptions, video tours, etc.

      Add a map. Add the schools, churches, shopping, any noteworthy restaurants, parks, anything that makes your location desirable.

      When someone sees your site, you want them seeing themselves owning your property, not wondering where you got the cool real estate theme...

    Maybe this is the wso http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...-takeover.html you are looking for but still the theme needs to be customize.
