Need leads for webhosting company

Hi

How would you suggest i start out on a campaign.
I have a customer who owns a webhosting and design company.
Their website is ugly as hell, to say it as it is.
They are willingly to go all the way to get the target... make more customers.
Main area is :

Scandinavia, EU, USA and Canada.

They have come so far :

1) Ready to invest in new website from scratch
2) Has a strategy on getting sellers on provision per sale.
3) Use Google or other methods of new customers.

What are you experienced guys experience on this.
If one can offer the whole package or part of it, they are willing to invest, but money should also return, aka good ROI.

If anyone can help he will share the website address in a PM as this marked is highly competitive...

    You could always look for affiliates in that niche and let them get customers for you guys with good commissions.

    Give new customers a 1 month free trial followed up by an autoresponder sequence highlighting the benefits of your service over the other bajillion webhosting companies online today.

    Ensure that you build them new site that not only looks good but provides value to the visitor and is optimized for conversions.

    I would use facebook ppc and google ppc..because the ability to target your core audience!

    I wouldn't waste their money. They need a website re-design job before through away they money, you can't sell something they don't own, if they suck on design, they shouldn't be selling it because no matter how good you are in selling, you wouldn't be able to sell it for them.

    Once they have that taking care of, you will need to start an affiliate program with well paid lead ( check other hosting company ) and establish their name online
