Any "Describe your assignment and get offers" websites?

In Denmark we have quite a lot of these types of websites: "Describe your assignment and get X offers". For instance at Agera.dk, where you can describe your need for accounting or similar services, and you will get offers. We also have FindForsikring.dk, where you can find insurances and so forth.

It could be with anything: Accounting, insurance, house cleaning and so on.

I haven't been able to find any international ones, which must be because I've no idea what to look for.

So: What are they called? Do you have any examples? What do I search for?
