do automatic amazon review sites work?

i saw a post bout Amazillionaire wordpress theme.

do sites like these really work? all it is doing is copying the amazon listing. how could it ever rank for the product keyword like this?

can someone explain to me how successful amazon review sites work?

    I have not bought any of these sites for the following reason:

    1. Having bought dozens of WSOs, the one thing I have learnt is that nothing is free AND easy.

    2. Most likely you need to put in some REALLY hard work to get that site to rank

    3. The sites are ready-made for you BUT you have to drive your own traffic to it which is another whole complicated topic

      Yap, I am working for last 7 years and now I can say that noting is easy. You must have to work hard but you can not say it must work...

      I agree - I have stayed away from themes like these - I'm not saying they don't work but it is never as easy as the sales page says it is.

      Just my 2 cents -

    By "work", it seems you're thinking only in terms of "rankings", then?

    That may not be a very good way to get traffic for affiliate sales. (I find SEO traffic to be the very worst quality traffic I can get, for all my affiliate niche sites).

    In much the same way as any other affiliate niche site, really: you have a traffic-generation plan to bring targeted, interested people to the site, where you present information of value together with an opt-in so that you can retain some of the traffic and not immediately lose all the ones who don't buy immediately (not so many people buy at their first visit - even on Amazon, and you get only a 24-hour cookie unless they put whatever-it-is into their basket). And of course without collecting email addresses, you can't make successive sales to the same people anyway, which is where most of the money is, in affiliate marketing.

    I wouldn't expect to be "ranking" a site like that. But SEO traffic isn't the way I sell Amazon products, anyway ... :confused:

    I didn't use this theme. But I do not like the idea that it is completely copying Amazon listing, cause search engines are picky on duplicate content. However I think it might be ok if this plugin could spin those listings.
