You could take a look at the list Josh has compiled on his site.

Reed floren's Soloaddirectory is a good start.

Then head over to skype and join listbuilding rooms. I've gotten incredible offers

You could register on safe-swaps.com and go through their list of solo ad providers and because there is a rating system you can see which ones performed great and which ones did not do so well.

Very cool, helpful thread. I've just spent grip on one provider that I really dig and his name is Brandon Pierce...I think his link is MoolahMethod.com (not an affiliate but I am a fan).

I'll be testing this out a little bit further but so far I've gotten good numbers...to my own offer mind you so I think that has a bit to do with your outcomes as well.

  Just don't choose the ones that are used by 1000s of people. Look for FB groups and pages, Skype, and here at WF - solo ad providers. You'll do much better than using the overused ones.

I agree with Marian... Skype Groups are a great place to find providers, Facebook is aswell... Like Marian said don't use the providers everyone else is using do some research on skype, facebook, wf and talk to the providers before sending any money...

I have recently used Safe Swaps to buy a few solo ads and there are some seriously good solo ad providers there. Aside from checking out that they have good reviews, I also look for vendors that have reviews with sales reported in them. This indicates that the vendor has actual buyers on their list.

  Id say there is some PC Gaming lists on safe swaps not 100% sure though... You can sign up for an account at safe swaps and go around and start contacting providers to see if their list matches what you are offering...

Look in the W.F. "Classified Ad" section!

You get to see ratings, reviews, over delivery rates, the LOT!

At least you can contact them with any questions via the PM also

An alternative is to find Facebook groups and connect with all the marketers on there too. At least that way you won't just be dealing with people behind the scenes as such.
