How to Sell a Website?

Hi Guys,
I have a 3 years old health and fitness website with 38 unique articles. I am planning to sell it because I am working on some other projects at this points. I would like to know where should I go to sell my website at a decent price? Any suggestions from the exerts here will be highly appreciated.

Flippa.com is the best place to sell websites. You can also put up an ad here in the warrior forum. If you are on a tight budget, you could list your ad on Craigslist or some of the other classifieds sites.

Depends on several things.

1. What you consider a good price
2. Does it get any traffic
3. Any revenue?
4. Any other assets?

Flippa gets the most exposure, but buyers there do tend to jump all over sites that can prove that they make some money and have some traffic.
