Where can I find a conversion master to review my site?

I feel like my website could use some tweaking to become a better generator for sales.

Does anyone know of a conversion master and optimizer that can look over my site and tell me what needs to be changed to generate more sales?

    Ask for feedback in the copywriting forum first, someone on there will stand out and give good feedback. That could be your conversion master.

    you should show it to a experienced copywriter, I know that there are a lot in this forum, if you post it in the copywriting section Im sure someone can take a look at it.
    You can even hire someone from elance.com or guru.com to rewrite the whole thing.

    I'm looking more for how I can create a better homepage that delivers results. Right now, I am fighting between providing free tutorials, selling books and using adsense.

    I'd like someone to tell me how my homepage could be laid out better to generate more sales. Right now it's just a standard blog post roll format.

    Also, ways in which I can create more sales on my books throughout my free tutorial posts.
