Solo ad traffic are still converting?

I have tried couple of solo ads lately, nothing seems to be converting anything.

Whether clickbank is dead or the solo ads are not working like before due to spams

Solo ads still work for me, and I spend VERY little per click.

You need to use the right sources, and if you are getting
emails opened, then the problem is your offer or product
    offered.

Do you subscribe to lists that you run solos in to see what
type of emails the lists normally get, and what your guy
reaction to those emails are. If you are turned off by emails
from a given source, the chances are that many of their
other subscribers are too... so don't advertise there.

You have to pick the right sellers of solo ads, too many people out there selling solo ads from their freebie seekers...

Surely no one in their right mind is going to blast their buyers list with solo ad spam?

The problem is that so many people these days build lists just to get into the solo ad business and all they do is hammer their lists with solo ad offers.

The people on these lists are sick fed up of getting these crappy emails.

You have to think why marketers are willing to sell their subscribers to you...I would guess in most cases it's probably because they can't make any money out of these subs...

The best advice I can give you is to have a solid funnel in place, and be different from other people.

Note: I still spend tons of $ on solos and can make them profitable or at least break even in a few days..

I make a ton of money with solo ads, your problem seems to be instead of looking at your offer, or ask "is there something I can do better?

you are assuming everything is broken and looking to place blame...

Ask your self this question out loud

"Does my marketing suck and what can I do to improve it?"

I have very good conversion rates and optins on my Solo's that I purchase, but this depends entirely on how well your page converts and what pond you are fishing in to buy your Solo Ads From.

For example, my most recent Solo Ad purchase was for 100 clicks. My free video squeeze page creator that you see in my signature landed me 69 optins out of 127 clicks that were delivered to me (overdelivered too).

Before I tested this page with a solo provider, I had several reputable solo providers look at it first for free on Safe Swaps and here on WF.

On the other hand, I have thrown money down a hole with solo ads because I used to throw any type of squeeze page you could think of in front of an audience without knowing what type of conversions to expect.

To sum it all up, follow the advice of others in the forums and implement the principles. Use simply attraction methods that provide the "Ethical Bribe" and tell them exactly what to expect and what you want them to do. This works well if implemented correctly.

    Hope this helps!

Solo ads still convert for me. I don't exactly send them to squeeze pages anymore and I get better results sending them to paid offers.

Typically I find my solo ads - squeeze page covert at just under 40%

Solo ads can work well, but you need to buy solo ads from reputable sources.

And... your offer has to be good. A product from Clickbank may or may not be your best option to offer your new leads. With new subscribers, you will probably have more luck offering them products costing between $7 to $15 - which almost are impossible to find on Clickbank.

Solo Ads will always have it's place in this industry.

So much could be said about your enquiry though. I'd personally ask to see what you're offering, how your swipe file reads and so on.

I still often buy solo ads and some of my roi is insane

i often make a very nice profit within the first 24hrs

you do need to make sure that you have a half decent funnel in place though which converts

when using solo ads it has nothing to do with how much you pay for subscribers what matters is how many sales you generate from the solo ad and how much the overall ad cost you

most places that recommend solo ads only ever tell you how many opt ins they got or what their conversion rate was which are completely useless figures

the most important figures is how many sales they generated at what price point and how much that entire ad cost them whether it's a profit or loss

The question is what your solo ads source ?
If it freebie traffic, then don't expect many $ from them.

The only thing not working is you... It's you're approach man. I mean, who asks these types of questions? You make it work, change your marketing, change your message, change your sources, etc... But to come on here and ask "Is ________ still working?" What do you expect to get out of a question like that?

Real marketers make it work by testing new ideas in their marketing all the time, even when things are "working". Either that or they have enough data from testing to know they need to move on...

As I said before I find solo ads covert at around 40%
It is the best converting traffic I have found in terms of leads
I would love to find a form of "cold" traffic that converts at even half that rate

    • I agree, solo ads work great. In fact they are one of the best places to get quality subscribers. If your swipe is good then they are a no brainer. The secret is not to hard sell but offer value to grow your list and then sell when you have built trust.

Quality subscribers? C'mon now don't be silly. Most solo ads bring junk subscribers that are passed around from list to list to list.

The reason the solo ad vendor is willing to sell them is because he can't make any money from them.

The majority are on tons of lists and are nothing more than freebie seekers.

Agreed, this thing really makes me feel uncomfortable at times. Eventhough we are having a responsive list, You never knew about others list too.

But, There are quite a bit of success peoples are also there, I see lot of comments from peoples had success from the solo ads too.

Comments are mixed. But i think worth a try again too.
