Zip Codes - categorizing for email list

Hi

I have around 2000 opted in email subscribers for my band LONGREEF. Have collected Zip Codes for each subscriber rather than City and State information. Just wondering - is there a list or software that can list the areas that zip codes are based on? Eg 20,000-22,000 is a certain area, 34,000-35000 is another etc.

    Basically zipcodes narrow it down to a city, county, and state, but that is it. Any of the three likely have multiple zip codes.
