Where to find Reputation Management Help?

Looking for help pushing down Fake Complaints for a Rogue competitor.
I have used Odesk but they seem to have just started new policy to Remove any title that says "Reputation Management" .

      SEO for my own website or primarily other web properties to push down complaint site like Passedconsumer. com which Google gives very high rank to. Even though they supposedly use Link farms.

    You can do this but it takes a lot of time. Find blogs you can comment on or other relevant web properties you can use to create accounts that are keyword optimised. Then run SEO work on these new properties.

    For example try creating public accounts on these services:
    LinkedIn
    Twitter
    Amazon public wishlist
    YouTube
    BlogSpot
    Vimeo
    Scribd
    MetaCafe
    About.me
    Gravatar

    Use your desired keyword as the account name and then add some nice and unique keyword optimised content. Build some links, wait a few months and voilà.

    Amazon Public wishlist is a consumer driven online list so this would be a distraction from your focused purpose of managing the idiot reviews.
    To push down the rogue reviews you can go to the sites that are being posted and claim your business listing to be able to reply to the reviews.
    You can go to Fiverr.com and purchase a linkwheel which is multiple listings on blog networks and social bookmarkings that put up positive information for your company Go with a service provider that has highest ratings.
    I can social bookmark your information myself with my social networks.
    You can also ask for reviews from your real clients by making a invitation card that asks for a review. The card will have QR code on it that sends your client directly to your review page on any review site. I do this work too for local businesses and it can be done for you.
    Finally you can alert Google to the attack from the competitor to get the lies de-indexed It May Take some digging but it can done.

    The most effective way to get the goof to stop is by calling him out in a highly professional manner. Thank the goof profusely for giving attention to your website and your company. That his efforts have saved you lots of advertising dollars as you get the opportunity to reply to each of his reviews. In your reply tell him that your valued customers are enjoying the banter and can see right through the fake reviews because of what your clients intimately know about your high level service. Have FUN Dude!! Nothing like a pissed off rogue to brighten your customer service day.
