How do I include 2nd domain on FTP

I configured my first domain account on FTP and I have a second domain that I want to include in Filezilla. How do I do this? I have tried to create a new account but it is not connecting to the server since the 1st domain connects to server.

I have my second domain parked at the registrar and I need to direct it to my server, should I use the first domain nameservers or should I use the second domain nameserver in ns1 and ns2?

Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

Try to open Filezilla (i have version 3.7.0.2)
    Open menu File
    Then, Site Manager
Then create one account for the second domain.

In the host should I still put the second domain or the first domain? I have used the second domain and I put ftp.2nddomain.com as the host and it is not connecting to the server.

I created an FTP login in my bluehost account that has access to all sites on my hosting account. If you call your host, they will most likely walk you through it.

You use both the ns1 and the ns2 nameserver. Put one in each box. You have to have two nameservers.

    Hi

Just a quick question why do you need your ftp to open in a second domain you only need to open your main domain and provided you have added your 2nd domain as an ad on domain in your hosting you just search for that in file zilla. Hope this helps

Exactly what I was thinking John. The only time we need to add another account is if our site is on another host. Just click 'public html' and select the sub-directory of the other site.

Just go to your Hostgator C-panel and click on addon domain, they have video tutorial on how to install the new addon domain, then go to godaddy and point your new domain to your existing name servers.

Whenever you need to upload to the new domain, you would use filezilla as you would usually do and go to public ftp and look for the new domain file.
