Are videos of celebrities in public space copyrighted?

Can i upload videos in youtube of celebrities in public space without worring of the rights? Sorry for my english. Many thanks

    Are they videos YOU have taken yourself? You must own the copyright.

    As for whether you can use those videos though, go and look at all the celebrity websites such as TMZ. If celebrities were allowed to have those videos and/or photos of them in public removed, those sites simply wouldn't exist.

    The main thing is you have to own copyright of that footage.

        If not then you cannot do a thing with those videos. The person who records the video in the first place owns all rights to that footage. You can't just download and reupload other people's work. That is called copyright infringement and can get you in big trouble.
