How to Sell Domains For Top Dollar?

Hi, I am actively looking to sell a domain I own, InvestmentProjects.com, and I am trying to find some creative ways to find end buyers who would be interested in paying good money for this.

From what I have been studying, domains tend to sell for what a buyer is willing to pay if it has value to him or her. Aside from Sedo and Godaddy, does anyone have some other ideas, or resources on how to sell a domain like this for top dollar, perhaps a real estate investor etc... Any ideas comments are appreciated, thanks

    You could go to Flippa and study completed sales related
    to have a better idea of which way to go from there.

    Another option is to put up for sale on the proposed site.

    People looking for the name is likely to see what their target site is all about or for competition purpose.
