I would hate to see an entire blog written by OP. It would look worse than the average Tumblr page.

You need a monetization-plan, a traffic-generation plan, and to build a list so that you don't lose all the traffic you generate.

Only a few dollars for a domain, and a little for an autoresponder subscription. The rest you can get free, and do free, by substituting work for money, if you want to. It makes no sense to try to start something that's supposed to be a business without an autoresponder. (And don't try to start with a "free autoresponder". GetResponse is good - first month free, and then $15 per month.)

Not "stupid". If you prefer it, you prefer it. But it probably conflicts with your objective of making $8,000. Trying to make $8,000 without a proper list and proper communications with your subscribers (with the emails written by someone whose first language is English, unless you're doing something local/national in another language, of course?) is truly stacking the deck against yourselves. And with an activity like internet marketing, with its very low overall success-rates, stacking the deck against yourselves must surely be the last thing you'd want to do?

You really should buy a domain. Get one at Namecheap for 10 bucks or less.
Get hosting with Hostgator or Hawkhost - less than 10 bucks a month.

If you are really lacking funds, then use Weebly, Typepad, Bravesites Website Builder - Content Management, Blogs, Maps and More or Xanga.com for a free blog to get started with. But as soon as you can, buy some hosting with Hostgator or Hawkhost with your own domain.

GetResponse is cheap to get started with (the first month) as Alexa mentioned. You can also get started with Aweber on the cheap the first month with them.

Alexa Smith what a great answer i agree with all what you said i will definitely use a hosting plan and a domaine for my wordpress blog for the monetisation plan i was planning to use adsense and clickbank but the traffic plan i don't think seo is enough i think i have to invest some money to get traffic if i would use a squeeze page to build a list

You dont say what your 'plan' is at all. How you intend to monetize etc. You do say you intend to use SEO for traffic. IDK about that, that can take quite a while to get you going.
