What do I actually need to start selling websites?

I want to outsource design, CSS, and other related stuff then sell the finished product for a price. I'm basically just going to target the local market. I think it would be extremely overwhelming if choose to use the internet as my main Market. Pay Low - Sell high basically. Outsource work other countries for cheap.

- reseller account

- Portfolio websites ( Possibly potfolio of people that is going to create the site from other countires)

- Themes open for rebranding

Am I missing something?

excuse me if this a bit noobish or if it's my second thread in one day

    Technically - I guess that's what you'd need.

But, in my opinion - you need a plan - if you had that, you'd have a better chance of knowing what you needed.

You say you want to sell local. What's local?

Why do they want to buy from you?

    Why don't they outsource?

You're just going to build them a site? What about?

How are you better than the web designer down the street?

    Will you provide support?

Why will people listen to you?

    etc, etc, etc.

Maybe for starters you can begin in a particular niche say plumbers for instance and then once you have built up a portfolio it will be that much easier going forward.
