Hey guys I'm just curious, aside from craigslist and Elance, what are some other ways of generating leads for people who need new websites? I was wondering if you could recommend any forums or places i could go to get email addresses of people who need website design and i could email them. Thanks

hire a good list broker, they can give you a list of people who just started a business in the last 30 days

Manta.com and yellowpages.com combined list an absurd number of businesses... Many of which need either design help or optimization help.
