I have had one hell of a time with vendors I sold for this past year.

Vendor A turned out to be a software pirate and swindler who not only ripped off the end customers, but also fooled all the affiliates with a bogus review copy.

Vendor B ran a wso but didn't move the product to clickbank.
Vendor C had great products, but couldn't keep his sites up. He had issues with hackers and a virus.
Vendor D had great products, but sold his business on flippa and the new owner shut down all the sale and support sites.

It's pretty nerve wracking when affiliates spend time building sites, links, market the hell out of things just to find that even their sites, even on the top listing of google are dead in the water because all their affiliate links are 6 feet under.

The issue with Vendor D really Pee'd me off as well as a ton of customers. One product used a S3 server to serve up images for a plugin, and now it's down.
