Anyone know How to Add a Video to a website

I sell a service that creates videos and some customers need help putting the videos on their websites. Does anyone know how a cheap or free service that can do this? some of the companies websites are wordpress and some are not. I looked for a fiverr gig but had no luck.

  • All they need to do is upload it to youtube and get the embed code and insert the html on their site.
  • You have two options.

    1) Use a third party video site such as Youtube or Vimeo and they will give you some simple embed code to be placed inside the webpage.

    2) The customer hosts the video themselves. In which case they will need somewhere to host the video file (for example Amazon S3) and then a video player to play the video file.

    From the sounds of things number 1 is going to be the preferred method.
  • There are a lot of free and premium wordpress plugins that you can also use if you are not familiar with html code.
