Can You Help Me Test My E-zine?
Hi Warriors!
I send out a weekly HTML e-zine (via AWeber). I received an e-mail from a subscriber yesterday saying that when she clicks on any of my links, it either takes a long time to resolve to a web page or it just never resolves at all. Basically, she can't go to any website through any of my links.
Yes, I know I need to speak with AWeber, but they're unavailable until Monday.
She is on a Mac, using GMail in Google Chrome.
I ALWAYS send a test e-mail to myself before sending out the e-zine to check all links. I'm on a PC, using GMail in Firefox. I never have a problem.
I've e-mailed some of my subscribers asking for their feedback. Only one answered, but she says she has no problem with my links either.
Would someone be willing to help me test this? Please PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you a copy of the latest e-zine. I just need someone to test the links.
It would be especially helpful if you're on a Mac.
If anyone has any idea what the problem might be, I'd appreciate any input. Personally, I think it's a problem on my subscriber's end but I have no idea what it might be or what suggestions to offer her.
I'll be contacting AWeber on Monday.
I spend a lot of time on my e-zine each week, so this is especially frustrating!
