I can't help but think my sales are being stolen?

I am marketing clickbank products. I have two accounts. One account i use LINKTRACR and the other is account i am using the raw encrypted hop link.

Funny Thing--- The Clickbank account with out linktrackr is making 1 sale every 159 hops on the same traffic and products

The account with linktrackr is making 1 sales ever 259 hops!

I am not a newbie to think and i've made a bit of money with clickbank but I KNOW at least 30% of my sales are being stolen!

Please Comment with similar experiences or suggestions.

Thank-You

Is it the exact same funnel with the exception of the link tracking?

It might depend on the surrounding offer and the audience. If you are marketing a social media product on a video marketing blog then it might not convert all that well. However, if you are marketing a video software on a Vid Marketing blog then it will likely convert much better.

If you think that LinkTrackr is stealing your sales well I would not believe that. They are a legitimate Link Cloaking/Tracking company and nobody would be using a service that negatively effected their conversion rate.

So the one without linktrackr gets 1 sale every 159 hops and the one with the linktrackr gets the exact same results, (scratching head at the moment).

How did you arrive to that conclusion?

It depends on how much traffic you have. If you have sent over 10,000 hops (I'm making the number up), then it's likely that SOMEHOW your cloaked hops are making less sales. It could be due to the fact that the redirect is failing or, as you believe, someone's stealing your sales.

If your traffic is low, I would expect it to even out in the near future.

You'd certainly need to have monitored this over a pretty big number of hops for the disparity to be statistically significant, then? But maybe you have? Comparing a conversion-rate of 0.63% with a conversion-rate of 0.39%, it isn't easy to draw conclusions from small numbers. Especially not conclusions as striking as the suggestion that someone's "stealing at least 30% of your sales", surely? If you're sending 5,000 hops each way, and one way makes about 30 sales while the other makes only about 20, then possibly you have an anomaly - still far from certain, though? And that's with 10,000 hops. Over how many hops have you actually measured it?

Are the links selling the same product, same sales page, etc. perhaps one product is merely converting higher?

Are these on different sites??? if so, one may be pre-selling the customer better than the other. We need more info, than " I KNOW someone is stealing my sales." If that's how you feel, than don't promote that product.
