What is Best Autoresponder does not require double optin?

What is the best autoresponder does not require double optin if I am going to import more than 25,000 subscribers.

I would to hear your suggestion because most of the site offer but they require confirmation from the subscriber before they will be added to the list. I don't want to confirm them.

GVO is good for importing subscribers list.

My advice is to import the emails in batches.
It will look very spammy if you are blasting emails to
    25K subscribers.

You will need to avoid that.

I think two of the best autoresponder companies are Aweber and GetResponse.

GetResponse have a system with which they'll test a small sample of the list before deciding whether or not they'd insist on starting with a re-confirmation request. I suggest contacting them and arranging this. Aweber also decides whether or not re-confirmation is necessary on an individual, case-by-case basis, but I don't know the details of how they decide that.

    http://www.aweber.com/

In general, though, I think it's fair to say that an autoresponder company which will routinely allow new customers to import existing lists without re-confirmation is very unlikely to be one of the better or more reliable ones, and their overall deliverability rates may well (for obvious reasons) bear that out. When they insist on re-confirmation, it tends to be for good and valid reasons which are designed to protect and maintain the quality of the service provided to their existing customers (and, ultimately, their own businesses).

I may be wrong about this, but I think GVO is an MLM company with a built-in autoresponder facility. It probably isn't one I'd be willing to use, myself. http://www.gogvo.com/email-marketing-service.php

You are not wrong about this.

GVO is a MLM company that provides tools to MLM marketers.

I would not dream of using their autoresponder service.

I have been using their chat software for a number of years, going back two company names. As long as you don't need actual support, the chat software is okay.

I have heard GetResponse is great for this as well. What you are considering is not single or double opt in I think you are talking about importing some subs onto a service without the opt in form?

He is not looking into straight Single or Double-Optin. Most companies offer both.

He is talking about Importing a List, that will not require people to optin once again.

GetResponse will test a small segment of the list to see if it passes the smell test, then they will import the remaining directly without forcing people to resub.

Contact Jim Ducharme for help with that, as he is the GetResponse public relations guy here at the forum.

Thanks for the nod Bill, but I'm definitely not a public relations guy . I'm a community manager. Public reations tells you what they want you to think and community managers ask what you think .

Always happy to answers questions via PMs or Twitter or Skype. We definitely do offer our customers the opportunity to have the confirmations waived if their list(s) have no issues. Our compliance people can test the list for you. Drop by our help page and you can ask support directly via phone, chat or email.

      Regards,
      jim

Thank you so much for the idea.

I am also considering PhpList to use because it is open source software. Anyone used the PhpList software for email marketing?

YourMailingListProvider.Com offers single or double opt ins, although I use the double opt in option in all cases, simply because I want verified emails on my list. It's not much use having a big list unless the emails are verified, since you'll get lots of fake emails entered with single optin, and spend a long time cleaning your list in the future. Plus you'll experience high bounce rates on your autoresponders which may get you labelled as a spammer by your mailing list host. I'd recommend always using double opt in- quality over quantity!

First, the majority of autoresponders don't require double opt-in, you just have to do a little digging to figure out how to turn it off.

As far as importing your 25k list, go with GetResponse.

They will NOT require double opt-in for importing your list.

But they will have to verify the list, and they may ask you a few questions about a list that big.

Should not be a problem though.

    Use self hosted solution like:
arpReach - autoresponder and email marketing software
Email Marketing | Email Marketing Software | Interspire Email Marketer

and also use SMTP server solutions like Amazon SES or SMTP.com for sending followups.

You will be in control and delivery is quite good.

It is hard to find an ESP that will let you import leads without double optin confirmation. ESPs are very carefull about their reputation and they have no idea if leads you have are really double optin or purchased/harvested. We at Bulkresponse do allow import without double optin, however we also keep a close watch on your complaint rate and warn you if you are crossing the line. PM me and I will send you more details

Most have an option not to require double optin. I only use no optin.
this means though I can't transfer my list to another provider, but I get alot more subscribers.
I have tried both and I just don't see the conversion on the double optin.

    I use getresponse and aweber.
