I have few sites with great value and online presence, but don't have time and idea to make them profitable.

    I would say you can alone make some good cash with it by researching about some great ways to make money with website.

    All the websites are in different niche so I cannot say the exact GOD method to work on all of them but these types of sites can be easily monetized to get profits.

    Search for some CPA website which are paying very good and put them on your site. secondly you might want to check out this forum to make the most of them.

    How do those have great value and presence? Two are plain installations of Classipress with just half a dozen ads and one is a forum full of spam users and posts.

    I have a licence for Classipress. Why would I want to run your sites and get half the profit, when I could run my own and get it all?

    If you want to JV, you have to offer something. From your post I was expecting established sites with earnings, but in need of more time spent on them. In other words, something to offer to your JV partner.

    So you want someone else to do all the work but only get 50% of the money? Why should they do that instead of just creating similar sites and earning 100% of the money? I don't see anything that makes any of these sites unique or popular in any way...

    Those are script sites, basically just domains that you put generic $20-$30 scripts on. The sites dont have traffic or PR or back links. If someone else is going to do the work then ... um why exactly do they need you? What do you bring? Please dont say that you bring your generic domain names or the generic scripts you have on them because thats the same as saying you bring nothing.
