Hey guys,

I am looking for some good software for a/b testing for the CMS systems (Magento, Wordpress and Expression Engine) has anyone got any ideas or recommendation about the best way to conduct a/b testing on my sites?

Thanks,
Jack

You should probably be in the programming section for this. I have never tested a/b pages or a whole website, I may have two websites about the same subject and Im pretty smart, If I have more visitors to one then I call it the winner.

I'm personally a HUGE fan of a service called Unbounce

It's a landing page builder, optimizer, and host. Yes, there's a fee -- but I've always been really happy with the features and ease-of-use.

I don't work for them, but used them a lot for myself and a former company I used to work for. Otherwise, use Google Website Optimizer and set up experiments. This is how almost all professional PPC and consultancy firms do it. (and it's free -- just a little more complicated)

Have you tried Optimizely.com? It's a split-testing website where you immediately engage with the site.

Here's a good example of a website split tested using the software.

Thanks for the help guys, I have actually looked into optimizly but it was a little expensive for my liking as my site does not generate enough cash at this stage to justify such an expense but I am playing around with Google analytics experiments and they have made it a lot easier for users recently.

Seconded. Pretty much the best option for growing companies. If you can afford it you probably buy the Adobe Marketing Suite. (SiteCatalyst)
