Affiliate marketing inside E-commerce

I have a questions about Implement Affiliate items inside E-commerce website
I own ecommerce site for cosmetics and beauty products , and now the site under maintaince since i want to focus on new niche , since I have only very few items that i can sell for good markup and i need to buy large quantitys ,I am looking for a way To present much more items in my website , for 2 reason
1- so the store will look normal and have varaiety
2- to get some cashback out of my adverising campaign , (for example if customer look for diffrent hair dryer than one i advertise he can buy it and i can get some of the ROI back)
Drop shipping is very hard in my Niche most other website will not drop ship for me , So I looked on Affiliate marketing ,I will mention again that i Do not have any Desire to be Affiliate i think its good only for SEO specialist and internet oprotunits , but it can be easy way to fill my site with Top Brands which i cannot get any other way.
The biggest problem is the technical and my website reputation , I understand that any affilate will Demand transaction will be made at his account, However do you know if there is anyway to make it Elegant? any Affilate companys that support solution for E-commerce owners?
For example If I have 3 items in my cart and only 1 is belong to the affilate what will happen?
I think an elegant way would be a meesge show and at the end of tranaction the customer return to my website
please post here any idea you have? do you know any solutions?
also does any one know here any ecommerce website that use affilate for only some of products? any help , post or reply is welcome
