Is there a book/blog that teaches you basics of MAINTAINING your site?

Hi WF friends,

I am a new to this IM and have no technical background, however, I have zeal to learn.

I have ordered 2 sites from WF members (very good people to work with). These sites will be ready by mid of July/Aug.

I would then like to be able to maintain the sites by adding articles/sections/SEO on page/add-delete-modify comments...you know basic stuff to maintain the sites.

However, since I have no background - I am looking for help - I want to know if there is ONE book or BLOG that is a favorite of WF members. Any recommendations/direction you WF members provide will be invaluable as I begin this journey online.

    Are they WordPress sites, HTML sites, or what? (I'm not about to answer your question, because I'm a non-techie, but it will certainly help others to answer, if you specify this!).

      Thanks you for your responses.

      How do you suggest a new beginner like me start? is there no way of carving out the 'years' of experience that others have already spent to learn the lessons?

      I am not asking for 'quick fix' but a 'scheme' that people may have developed after having gone through this path themselves...
