New to Craigs List and need advice please

I have in the last couple of days, started using Craigslist to promote an affiliate link... I was pleasantly surprised that they even allow this.

My problem is that they will only allow 3 postings per 24 hours ...is there any way around this?

I have been promoting initially to the UK but now want to go into the US etc ..but they still only allow the 3 postings across all their sites.

Any advice please?

    You can hire a craigslist poster which I highly recommend or you can use an alias with yoru spouse or mom or whoever. You just need the phone numbers to verify the accounts. You can also buy pva's for craigslist also.

      Craigslist poster?! .....where would I find one of those? ..reliable of course ..and what sort of cost are we talking?

        Check freelance websites like Odesk. You will be able to find someone to post ads for you. The price depends on how much the poster wants to charge you.

            As long as you have the phones to verify the account the ips dont hurt me on craigslist. use real people your spouse ect, alot of people have more than one in a household that uses a website.
            If your that worried use Tor browser bundle I use it anyways no matter what, keeps you safe and switches you ip as you browse.

    The price is going to vary and I won't give you the best cause I save him for me lol.
    but you will pay per listing depending on how many listings you want, they usually start at 24 with so many locales.
    Its not cheap for the good ones about 1.00 a listing but they keep it at top for 24 hours and that is good.

    I found mine on odesk.
    just type craigslist poster odesk and just craigslist poster you will find quite a few.

    I've heard rumors that in the UK there's a phone company who gives out free sim cards in their magazine/newspaper ads. If that's true... grab up as many of those as you can, and use each one to phone verify a new account for yourself... just switch out the sim card, verify an account and toss the card.

    As mentioned earlier, your IP doesn't matter, just the phone number.

    You can't use Voip numbers.

    But if you can find cheap prepaid phones, they do. I'd test 1 first to make sure before you buy a truck load. I know in Germany you can get a prepaid cell phone for less than 10 at most malls.

    You can also find people to buy accounts from, or find posters to post for you... whichever works better for you.

    If you are having problems with craigslist detecting your IP address then just get some proxies. You can get shared proxies for pretty cheap. If you use FireFox you can get a quick proxie plug-in like Swap Proxy. Then just turn it on when you want to change your IP address.

        Yes, you are very right. I've been dealing with that with all of my ads. Anyone know of any other sites to post ads?

    Sorry if I repeat what somebody already said, no time to read through all posts.

    My recent encounter with Craiglists produced the same results, so i went online and starting to read whatever i could find. There are 2 pages on Hubpages that are very informative and summarize all things that work.

    1. Have many accounts with craigls list, ask your frends to help you to verify accounts via phone if craigs requires that for your category
    2. clear brouser history and cooky between postings
    3. if you post not in your city, you will need to find Proxy servcies that can give you IPs of the cityes you trying to post
    4. Write ads all different and try to write like a human, don't use automatic generators
    5. Experiment, Experiment, Experiment...
